STORYTIME is an event series whose purpose is to gather influencers in technology & media, and communications to discuss ideas, processes, people, and technologies that are shape the way we tell stories.
STORYTIME is a carefully curated salon consisting mix of film, television, digital content creators (youtube, vine, instagram, etc.) and noteworthy influencers.
Join us during IFP week as we invite these powerful and influential storytellers to come share their stories and their thoughts on the future of storytelling.

PANELISTS

SANDE CHENProfiled by Next Generation as one of the game industry's Top 100 Most Influential Women, Sande Chen is a game writer, producer, and designer who has been working in the game industry for over 10 years. Her past game writing credits include 1999 Independent Games Festival winner Terminus and 2007's PC RPG of the Year, The Witcher, for which she was nominated for a Writers Guild Award for outstanding achievement in videogame writing. She is the co-author of Serious Games: Games That Educate, Train, and Inform and and has spoken at game-related conferences around the world. She also has a Grammy nomination.

VIVIENNE GUCWA
Vivienne Gucwa is a full-time fine art travel photographer and an author, making a living working on commissions that take her all over the world. When not traveling, Vivienne holds a passion for taking photos of the city she grew up in and loves dearly, New York City.
Her work has been published in a variety of publications online, in print, in ad campaigns, on album and book covers and on television.
Her best-selling New York photography book titled NY Through the Lens is named after her popular photography blog. It is a visual nostalgic journey through the city that never sleeps.

EMILY LOBSENZEmily Lobsenz is a writer-director whose most recent work includes the award winning magical realist film, THE NEVER BELL made with handcrafted puppets; the short documentary and festival favorite, SANDORKRAUT, featured as a New York Times Op Doc and her lyrical feature SONG OF THE BASQUES, which explores the mystery of the Basque people. Recently selected as a director for NBC’s talent development showcase, Emily has also been recognized by international arts institutions, broadcasters and film institutes. Hailing from a background in Fine Arts and Literature, Emily began her career as a camera woman and production designer in independent film and television across Europe. Emily Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Amherst College and earned her Master’s in Netherlandish Art at The Courtauld Institute of Art in London. She is the partnerships coordinator for Film Fatales, an international collective of female directors and she plays the cello is fluent in Spanish, French and Basque, and is a competitive triathlete and long-distance runner.
