Calling All Experienced Fermenters, and the kombucha-curious!

Are you a brewer, a pickler, a kombucha maker, a sourdough baker? Do you make cheese, yoghurt, tempeh, soy sauce, kimchi, wine, vinegar or any of the myriad fermented products that people love to eat and drink? Are you just curious about how it all works? Join us! This month a slew of local amateur kombucha-makers will talk about their processes and offer tips to veterans and novices alike. SCOBY share as well.

TPSS Co-op joins Rhizome in launching a new Fermentation Club! We’re kicking off with a first meeting for experienced fermenters so that we can connect with resources in our community and decide next steps.
