The Wild Honey Pie is thrilled to invite you to our first dinner party of 2019, featuring a performance from Torres, the creative alter-ego of Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Mackenzie Scott. While her music is vulnerable, her voice exudes confidence over heart-pounding, lush, electro-pop beats. Throughout her critically acclaimed album, Three Futures, she sings of her own struggles to control her mind and body as she explores desire, lust, love, emotional connection and spirituality. She will now be joining us for a stripped down performance and an evening of food and drinks at Esme in Brooklyn. Concerned you may not be able to eat what we serve? We can handle all allergies!
This dinner party is a collaboration with Bring Change to Mind. Help us as we support their vision by donating what you can to the cause right here on Eventbrite. For years Bring Change to Mind has been at the forefront of ending the stigma surrounding mental health. They've helped our society change the way we see those who struggle with mental health issues while also providing resources for both those who are suffering as well as their loved ones. Their work has inspired us and we're honored to work along side of them as we continue to use our voice to advocate for mental health.
Join us as we relax after the holiday season and start the new year off with an exquisite dinner and spellbinding music with the fine folks at Bring Change to Mind. Find out about more The Wild Honey Pie events here.
