On Saturday, August 18th, New Delhi based music collective REProduce Artists will revisit Bangalore by showcasing a two hour experience focused on drones, tones, space, and colour. Inspired by their REProduce Listening Room series, REProduce Drones will present a longer duration for individuals to find their own pace in a public performance, guided primarily by where the areas around and within suggest.

As always, the series REProduce curates and produces aim to fill a gap in the ever iterating and increasingly varied community of live music in India by showcasing talent that might not get heard in the more mainstream oriented venues. Our goal is to allow our patrons to focus purely on the music – in a space where an audience can absorb sound on their own terms.

For this event, we are thrilled to be able to showcase what we do in Bangalore, again with Walkin Studios, a “project space run by artists for artists. The space provides opportunity for artists to experiment and explore the possibilities of contemporary artistic production. Their stated goal is to make “art a part of everyday lives, and not an act, entertainment or something unreachable, but rather a process that will grow into routine thinking.” You can probably connect the dots here, and also, and as always, we're BYOB or whatever if that helps connect some other dots.
