ArtBrewt is a monthly program from PARADICE PALASE that offers art-making, demos, and arts workshops at an affordable level.

This session, we will lead a workshop in making memory planter pots!

Supplies included to make one small pot for planting flowers, herbs, etc.

We encourage you bring any unique and special stones, gems, and jewelry pieces to make your's that much more personal :) Feel free to bring beer or wine as well!

Artist MJ Tyson will be our visiting artist for the session, and she'll be bringing some of her artworks to present at the beginning of the program.

About MJ Tyson:

Tyson’s work is centered on the relationship between people and their possessions. Interests in value and material culture have led her to explore the worlds of art appraisal and museum conservation. Tyson creates architectural vessels and jewelry pieces from the found personal objects of others, creating works that relate to the folk tradition of memory jugs, jars and pots which will be explored during this ArtBrewt session.
