The best love is self love, so why do we tend to rush this act as opposed to taking the time to enjoy it? This class will leave you looking at self love in a new light. Think of this as a yoga class for your lady parts. Every month, take the time in Love Thyself to work on whatever your vaginal goals may be. Whether it is learning new paths to pleasure or how to direct a lover to service you or working towards squirting voluntarily (that means on your own!). Perhaps this is 120 uninterrupted minutes focused on yourself and your kitty. An hour of talk & learn and an hour of guided touch.

Starting with a few basics on anatomy and pleasure zones. Instructor Lola Jean will take you through vaginal meditation, a vocally guided self touch journey. Partake in a few exercises that will help expand your views and understanding on masturbation. This class is about your individual experience, we’ll wrap with solo time, with instructors available for one on one coaching during free play. 

Each month, Love Thyself will have a different focus and concentrations. From Toys to Body Confidence to Squirting....The focus of February's class is Falling in Love with your Body and all its Powers. Drawing from a large focus on tantra, a few special guests will contribute as assistant teachers to guide you through opening chakras and getting in touch with your body like you never have before. And thats all before we even get to the guided masturbation!

This month will also feature LIVE MUSIC from Natalia Perlaza. Her collection of instruments includes a number of percussion instruments predominantly from the Near East such as the dumbek, frame drum, riq and Persian zarb. She also performs on the didgeridoo, Bongos and uses and shakers in creative ways during artistic and spiritual collaborations. Natalia teaches astral projection techniques and has lectured at major spiritual centers. Combining her sense of heart connection and drumming, she seemingly opens new portals to dimensions of imagination by embracing the very essence of Sound: To Play.
All you need for this class is yourself and your hand. A nude inspired class, nudity is fully optional as masturbation can be done with clothes on too. This is a safe and body positive space to be vulnerable both physically and mentally.
The facility in which we are holding class does have a shower, so plan accordingly if this is something you wish to use.
